This article lists the resources available to our customers for support

  1. Knowledge Base Widget

    • Search the ZoneVu Knowledge Base using search terms, read articles or email Support: Click the Knowledge Base Widget (question mark to the left of your username, upper right) and select 'Knowledge Base Widget'. You can also find it under the 'Help' Menu.

  2. AI Assistant

    • Ask our AI Chatbot questions about ZoneVu, access the ZoneVu Knowledge Base, or email Support: Click the Knowledge Base Widget (question mark to the left of your username, upper right) and select 'AI Assistant'. You can also find it under the 'Help' Menu

  3. Knowledge Base

    • The ZoneVu Knowledgebase can be accessed various ways:

      • Go to the URL (https://help.ubiterra.com/)

      • Click 'Help Topics' under the Help dropdown menu

      • Click the Knowledge Base Widget (green question mark button to the left of your username) to open the Knowledge Base Widget and AI Assistant

      • Click an in-context help button (blue question mark) while working in ZoneVu

        • Important Note: The ZoneVu Knowledge Base is IP Whitelisted. If you receive a '404 Error', please log into ZoneVu and click 'Help Topics' under the Help dropdown menu. This will whitelist your IP Address for the next 17 hours.

  4. Support Email: support@ubiterra.com

    • We will respond to your email as soon as we can.

  5. Support Phone Line: (303) 629-8330 x2 

    • Our agents will collect basic information, create a Customer Support ticket, and transfer the call in certain circumstances.
